There are many trails suitable for all levels of fitness and ages. We would highly recommend a visit to the Parks Canada Info Centres in Banff. Parks Canada staff can help match your required length of walk, elevation gain, scenery and accessibility as well as provide you with latest conditions, animal sightings and any closures. It's a stunning alpine meadow filled with unobstructed views of lakes,
brilliant summer flowers, autumn larches and wildlife.
This is a popular hike through the Alpine forests. Unique views of the
Ten Peaks and Moraine Lake below. Adventurous groups can push on to
Sentinel Pass for even broader views.
Journey to the Yoho Valley for spectacular views of Takkakkaw falls,
lakes, and glaciers.
The hike begins in a dense pine forest, continuing through alpine valley
ending at Moraines near the glaciers toe.
